ALP Synergy Ltd delivers the enhanced Growth Hub offer for Oxfordshire SMEs. We design and deliver leadership and business growth programmes to help Oxfordshire businesses to thrive and grow.

Our innovative programmes and support for Oxfordshire businesses have been key to supporting recovery from COVID-19, building business resilience and enabling growth.

Our business support programmes began in 2020 and since then have significantly:

• increased the reach (over 5000 ‘new businesses to OxLEP’ supported),
• increased the specificity of support by providing triage to identify the key business needs of over 3000 businesses,
• increased the quality of support by providing a broader range of programmes and increased access to expertise; and,
• contributed to safeguarding or creating over 1200 jobs.
